These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and nPowered Global Inc. ("nPowered Global," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of npoweredglobal.com and its current forms and website communication features.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the website.

This is the corporate website of nPowered Global. It provides general information about the organization, its operating model, portfolio, membership direction, the nPowered Global App vision, and available inquiry channels.

When the SMS program becomes available, nPowered Global may send non-promotional text messages only after you provide a separate, affirmative opt-in. Messages may include inquiry responses, requested follow-up, scheduling information, reminders, and service-related updates.
Mobile information, SMS consent records, and opt-in data are handled as described in the nPowered Global Privacy Policy. The current SMS use case is limited to inquiry and service-related communications.
Subject to these Terms, nPowered Global grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the website and its publicly available content for lawful personal or internal business informational purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership and does not authorize you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content except with prior written permission or as allowed by law.
